These fiberglass mats are large, flat plates that are placed directly on the seabed to provide a stable foundation and support for this type of setting, where a stable foundation of the platforms is a concern – as well as the protection of the surrounding environment.

The advantage of using our Mud Mats is their considerable strength over steel plates. They are typically used in areas where the seabed is composed of soft or loose sediments, which can create stability issues for offshore structure. These mats are stronger and easier to transport and install than traditional steel plates. They are also resistant to corrosion and have a high strength-to-weight ratio, which means that they can support heavy loads.
